The big event is coming soon. The official opening of the next generation of Heck's Kitchen is scheduled for just before April 1^st, 2007. No, it's not a joke. That's when the construction will be completed. A huge gala for our friends and family is scheduled for then, celebrating two significant events in our lives, with the lesser being the kitchen renovation completion. More details on the first will be coming soon.

In the mean time, the holiday has been a lot of fun. Our intern, Rhys, made me this incredible candle set in the form of a sushi arrangement, with help from Joseph. Here it is for all to enjoy!
